Split System Cleaning

1. An Advanced Clean Air Technician will travel to your home or business.

We provide split system air conditioning services across Brisbane and surrounding suburbs. All of our technicians are professionally trained, insured and police checked. They are friendly and courteous and do not leave a mess.

2. Check over the air conditioning unit. 

Our technician will turn on the unit and run it at a low temperature to get it working at full load. He will then check to confirm that it is within manufactures recommendations by checking the temperature and air-flow of the unit prior to any disassembly.

3. Advanced Clean of the Indoor Covers and filters.

Removes dirt / dust build-up and biological contaminants from the filters and covers of the indoor unit.

4. Advanced Clean Evaporator Coils with our specially designed and manufactured machine.

This will remove the contaminants from the coil straight into the catchment bag allowing an increase in airflow. Your aircon will cool better, smell better and deliver cleaner, healthier air.

5. Advanced Clean of scroll (barrel) fan and internal chassis.

The scroll fan is what drives the air through the coil and out into the room. When it becomes blocked it restricts the airflow of your unit drastically allowing you to think that it is not cooling properly. We use our Advanced Clean system to thoroughly clean the scroll fan to bring it back to like-new condition as well as the plastic chassis of it’s surrounding.

6. Advanced Clean of Drain Pan and Line.

A blocked drain is the most common problem that causes a leaking air conditioner. Correct cleaning with our cleaning solution will ensure your system will be free of biological contaminants including Mould, milder, dust, pollen and skin.

7. Application of Anti Microbial Deodorizer.

The final part of our Advanced Clean Air Process to the head unit is to apply our antimicrobial deodorisers to leave your air conditioner smelling great and protected.

8. Advanced Clean of Condenser Coil.

When your condenser is located closer to the ground it can get a build-up of animal fur etc. and can block up causing your unit to run at a higher pressure than normal. While this does not have anything to do with your indoor air quality it does affect system performance if it is not clean and free to pull the air through it. Our Advanced Clean will clear the contaminants from the coil allowing it to operate as per manufacturers recommendations.
